We have 4 adult dogs and many kittens available for adoption! Since our space is limited, we would like to have homes for the dogs before Thanksgiving. If you or anyone you know is looking for a companion, have them call us or stop by! We’ll be happy to tell you all about our pets, and see if one would be right for you.

Saturday, October 22nd we’ll have a 2-mile walk/4-mile run, a raffle with great prizes, a pet costume contest, and fun for the whole family! Our fundraiser at the Loews Atlanta Hotel is coming up next Sunday, July 31. You will be able to pay at the door, and the entrance fee is $25. We’ll have our own Dr. Shannon South speaking about what the Foundation does and how you can help. There will be Silpada Sterling Silver jewelry for sale, and ice cream from Jake’s Ice Cream and Bodielicious Dog Delights. Portions of the proceeds from both will go to our foundation. There will be a few dogs there who we have helped and have found new homes, and they’d love for you to come scratch their ears.

Sunday, July 31 at 2:30 we’ll gather at the gorgeous Loews Atlanta Hotel to raise funds for Briarcliff Animal Foundation. There will be hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar with wine and beer. Our friend Dana will be there with Silpada jewelry for sale, as will Jake of Jake’s Ice Cream with frozen treats for pups and people! Portions of the proceeds from both will go to our Foundation.

This is Shaka, a 5 or 6 month old dog who was found in March. He has a very sweet demeanor around dogs, cats, and people. Shaka had scabies when he arrived and it was successfully treated. He has already been neutered and is ready to go at any time.
All of our dogs come spayed/neutered, vaccinated (distemper/parvo, rabies, bordetella), heartworm and fecal tested, treated if heartworm positive, dewormed, treated for any other medical ailments, and kept on heartworm/flea preventative.
This week we have our spotlight on Sugar Ray. He is a handsome blue Pit Bull mix. He is about 8 months old. He loves everyone and everything. He became part of our foundation, because his owner was unable to care for him any longer. Sugar Ray needed a couple of surgeries, but now he is completely back to normal. He’s ready to find his forever home. If you think your family is the right match for Sugar Ray, give us a call to set up a time to see him!

This week we have our spotlight on Henry, a handsome Great Pyrenees. He is approximately 1 year old and weighs about 80lbs. He was found on April 26th, just around the corner from the clinic at the QT gas station. He looked like he belonged to someone, so we held onto him hoping his owner would come claim him. Days went by and Henry was never claimed. He ended up being heartworm positive, so we started treatment right away. Today, Henry is free of heartworms and ready to find a loving home. Come by the clinic today to meet Henry, he would love to meet you.

Join us at Paris on Ponce on Saturday, July 17th for an amazing benefit concert featuring the legendary Shawn Mullins and up-and-coming songstress Juliana Finch! The concert benefits Atlanta’s own Briarcliff Animal Foundation as well as the PIGS Animal Sanctuary.
