Briarcliff Animal Clinic is excited to offer protection against the newest Canine Influenza strain – H3N2. This summer, Atlanta experienced an unprecedented outbreak of this new Canine Influenza virus, and now we are able to protect our at-risk family members.

Your dog will need two “loading” vaccines, given three weeks apart, and then an annual vaccine booster.

The initial vaccinations will cost $7 each, and the annual boosters are complimentary. We feel every dog who will be boarding at a boarding facility will need this valuable protection against this highly contagious virus.

If your dog is due for Preventative Care (exam, vaccines, labwork), we will have you make an appointment with a doctor for the vaccine.

If your dog is up-to-date on all Preventative Care, a technician can administer the vaccine. As always, if your pet is utilizing our Express Service, there will be a $15 tech fee associated with the visit.

If you have questions about the virus or the vaccination, please let a staff member know, so that we can have a veterinarian speak to you.

Thank you for entrusting us with your pet!
